Guests do the paperwork before they arrive, then find everything on one page

Online check-in collects ID and a signed copy of your house rules, and the guest page answers the questions your front desk gets all day.

A clipboard at the desk, then a phone call an hour later

Arrival means names, ID numbers and a signature written out while tired guests hold their bags. Soon after, the same guest rings reception for the Wi-Fi password, the breakfast time or the menu. Every call interrupts whoever is working, and the answers never change.

Step one of online check-in on a phone: full name, age, mobile number, nationality and home address, with a button to switch to Nepali
Step two of online check-in: ID type set to citizenship certificate, ID number, and buttons to take a photo of the ID or choose one from the phone
A guest page on a phone: tiles for food, drinks, facilities, explore and hotel info, and a photo card for a waterfall 15 minutes away
Two steps of online check-in on a guest's phone, and a guest page (Farm & Forest Resort's own).

What guests and your team get

How it works in Nepal

The guest page and the check-in form switch between English and Nepali, and your welcome note and house rules have a box for each language. The ID list follows the guest: Nepali guests choose from citizenship certificate, national ID, driving licence, voter ID or passport, Indian guests see Aadhaar, and guests from other countries are also asked for a visa number and its expiry date. Everything opens in a phone's browser, so the link works from a WhatsApp message.

Which plan includes it

Guest pages, online check-in, room service and guest messages are on the Growth plan, Rs 18,000 a year for any number of rooms, and in the 14-day free trial. Starter still lets your staff upload each guest's ID photo on the booking. See what each plan includes.
